What is epigenetic test?

Epigenetic testing focuses on genetic changes other than changes to the DNA sequence. These can play a role in showing your biological age and influencing how susceptible you are to certain conditions.

The good news is that they can be monitored and changed. Hair test’s can measure your epigenetics and see how old you truly are.

Changes to your lifestyle or health may affect these processes for better or worse.

Our report evaluates the expression of your genes and their influence on internal homeostasis to determine those feeding and environmental factors at the cellular level that affect your day to day.

Through a qualitative study, we evaluate more than 96 biomarkers to propose a personalized plan based on the real needs of your body and we point out the most relevant indicators so that you can focus your efforts on them.

Sensitivity, not allergy

Allergy and sensitivity are not the same. Of course, if someone is allergic to a food, it could be described as "sensitive", however, as a health condition, allergy is different from sensitivity or intolerance.

If you have an allergy that you usually have since childhood, intolerances and food sensitivities usually appear over time, on average after 20-25 years. As we age, our metabolism slows down, which means that it is more difficult for our body to process some food components in the same quantities. In most cases of food sensitivity, a person can consume a certain amount of a product to which the body is sensitive, without feeling any deterioration in well-being.
